DAY THIRTY ONE ~ MEETING THIRTY ONE
THE POWER OF CHOICE
So many times in my life I had choices that I could have made differently. I can worry about those now and dwell on my bad decisions or I can realize that now I have the power to make much better choices. I have someone to rely on besides myself. I have my spiritual guidance from my God and He can help me to make the correct choices now.
My sponsor tells me that the first three steps are all about making decisions. I don't have to actually act on them, just make the decision. I made this so much harder than it needed to be, but making decisions for me is difficult because I have made so many bad ones in the past. I love having the power of choice now. And, though many people don't like the choices I am making, I can rest easy in knowing that they are the choices God wants me to make.
